I'm passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. With over 9 years of personal training experience, I've helped clients do their first push-ups and pull-ups, and even helped competitive powerlifters break state records.

My philosophy for fitness is simple: focus on a few key movements, master their technique, and then identify and address any weaknesses that are holding you back. I know from experience that lasting change takes time and consistency, which is why I focus on helping clients build healthy habits over the long term.
